Carter A. Fox

Carter joined the firm in 2024 and practices from our Grand Junction office. Carter’s primary area of practice is civil litigation.  Carter also has experience in the fields of sports law and Indian law. Prior to joining the firm Carter worked with a full-service law firm in Tulsa, Oklahoma providing litigation defense services to a wide range of clients.  During law school Carter was named the outstanding graduate of his graduating class, was a legal extern for the Honorable Stephanie K. Seymour of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and served as an Article Submissions Editor for the Tulsa Law Review.
